The person who deals with the post is hardly there so Amazon failed twice to deliver the packages because no one would receive them, and on the third day when they were finally dropped off and I travel a long way to pick them up within the instructed opening hours - I’m told to come back again the next day because the post scanning person left 3 hours earlier. Absolute disaster and extreme non-solution-oriented staff. Ridiculous really. I could see my packages in the corner but they will now be returned to sender. Cheers!
