RUDE AND DISCRIMINATORY. On 3 July 2025, a post office worker who handles parcels refused mine without asking contents or giving a reason — just vague “instructions.” Another branch accepted it without issue. This may breach the Equality Act 2010 — possible national origin discrimination. Unacceptable.
