- HPHilary Jane PeakeDec 1, 20251.0Arrived to pick up parcel, checked online Post Office was open. Arrived and told parcel collection was shut for 15 minutes. No apology for inconvenience. I had specifically organised a puppy sitter so I could collect parcel. Couldn't wait as said to sitter I would only be 15 minutes. Arrived back later unfortunately with puppy who was carried repeatedly told that puppy not allowed in shop for future reference. I told staff that if I could have collected parcel earlier he wouldn't have been in the shop. No consideration given to the effort I had gone to. I am not deaf I heard you the first time. I then get told off for being rude for the way I handed over my bank card (already had my driving licence and waited until I had put my wallet away before asking for second ID). Shop assistant told me not to come back. Politeness and consideration works both ways. An apology for being shut when online says you are open and telling me once the puppy is not allowed is suffice!
