- TMTheresa MortlockJan 14, 20261.0Would give a 0 if I could. Had an email from royal mail to say my parcel had been delivered there on the 12th Jan. Went to collect said parcel on the 12th to be told by staff that it wasn't there and to come back tomorrow. Went back on the 13th Jan to again be told by staff at post office that it wasn't there. Rang royal mail this morning on the 14th who said it was delivered there on the 12th and scanned in but then the post office scanned it back out on the 12th. So they didn't keep my parcel for me to collect just sent it back so now out of pocket as I have to see if its returned to sender.
