There are three great workers, Gavin, Jill & Donna. Always friendly & so helpful. The other two are always chatting between themselves. The dark haired lady with short hair who always sits at the end sighs if she has to get up to retrieve a parcel, closes her position despite seeing a queue out the door & you can tell she genuinely doesn't want to be there.
