- KJKevin JefferyJun 24, 20251.024/06/2025 - Popped in to chase up a missing parcel delivery. The parcel was sent to Central Stores, St Michaels as according to Parcel delivery Site it accepts deliveries for people. It would appear the item was signed for on the 11th. I popped in twice asking for it to be told no record. I contacted the company who informed me that the item had been signed for at 15:27 on the 11th. On my third trip I was greeted by two people one who informed me that he was the manager. Both shop employees need to review their manners. I explained the situation and asked them to check again, I even handed them the paper trail. Both got agitated and loud. I apologised and stated I was trying to upset them, I just needed my parcel. Fortunately 'Angry Man' located it and as he handed to me once again started arguing the odds about why did I get it delivered to the shop. I explained it was an option on the delivery process and have since backed it up by searching 'Parcel Delivery Location Paignton' for which Central stores St Michaels Paignton appears. Sadly the shop is very convenient, but given the shocking attitude of the two (one of whom has been similar on two previous occasions) I shall reconsider redirect deliveries in future. Mr Angry, Ms Menolisten - please do yourselves a favour - check your attitude when interacting with customers. Use your ears to listen more and mouth to shout less.
