After queuing for a while due to the last behind the desk sorting parcels i was finally served. Wanted to post a parcel to a PO box. Asked it it could be tracked and would it be signed for at the other end. YES she told me. I said was she sure and again i was told YES. Paid the £8.95 and posted the parcel on the 10th December. Went to track it today only to find out theres an issue with the address. Called Parcel Force to be told they DONT deliver to PO Boxes are the dont get signed for. Im now trying to get hold of the company (hard going) as the parcel is 35 miles away from the PO box address and the company wont pay me the £85 they owe me unless its received by them. So im now £85 out of pocket and the parcels somewhere in Milton Keynes.
Understandably not happy with this PO
