- SCSam coxSep 3, 20191.0If I could give zero I would super unhelpful young man whom was ment to be the manager on that day, didn't even know the services they provide and was more concerned with getting his post delivery sorted then helping my mother inlaw with a cash withdrawal (which had already been messed up by the brixington branch) she had done everything right by calling ahead ordering the amount in advance only to be told they didn't have it and no one had called them to be then told to go to the main branch and they would be able to give her the cash. After helping her back to the car after nearly falling due to poor mobility (which was why we picked the brixington branch) I then helped her down in her wheelchair and both getting soaked in the process to the main branch to be great Ed by the most unhelpful young chap I've ever met whom made my mother in law and my self feel like we didn't know what we where taking about as he didn't understand his own services and then said he would need to call his manager about the withdrawal but we would have to wait 25mins as he had a delivery to sort before hand even though i had already explained about the issues from the other branch. I wouldn't be surprised after this if she closes her account down with them now as she felt very embarrassed and like she was doing something wrong by wanting a larger amount out then normal đ
