Tried to use post office on16th Dec at 1.40 pm to find it was closed, no reason given, just told it would be open at 2pm. At 2.10 an employee turned up saying that they had to get things ready but should only be 10 mins before opening !!!! Other Morrisons I have visited have been efficiently run, nut, Whipton had the feeling that it was on its last legs.
Out of a queue of 7 people 3 left to give their custom elsewhere. Not a good experience at all.
