Very grateful to have this down the road from me when so many post offices have closed. Queues are much, much shorter than the big post office in town. There is often a short wait, but staff manage all requests as efficiently as they can. I have found everyone who works there to be professional and courteous when speaking with me.

Every time I use this post office, they are rude and unhelpful, and finding a parcel often takes excessive amounts of time.
On multiple occasions, I have been told "sorry it not here" and then the second or third time I go it was actually there.
I would advise having your parcels sent literally anywhere else.

I had a shocking experience at this post office. I went in to buy a single plain envelope and noticed there was no price displayed. When I asked the staff member, he told me it was 99p. I told him I didn’t believe it could be that expensive for one basic envelope and asked why the price wasn't shown. He just said, "I’ll scan it and give you a receipt."
I left and went to another shop nearby where I bought a pack of 100 identical envelopes for just £2. I decided to go back and show him. I handed him 5 envelopes through the window and said, "Here’s £5 worth of envelopes for you as a gift."
At this point, the employee lost his temper. He started shouting, being extremely aggressive, and even swore at me. He then proceeded to rip up the envelopes I gave him. When I asked for his name, he refused to provide it, and the other staff member present also refused to identify him. Absolutely appalling and unprofessional behavior. Avoid this place if you expect basic respect or fair pricing.

Shocking, disrespectful and ignorant service......
I just went in to post a card. The man who served me made no eye contact, didn't attempt to talk, just kept his face looking down. Took the money, attached the stamp, turned his back to me a threw the letter into the box or whatever then proceeded to walk through the door at the back of the area without any courtesy at all!!!
Maybe this employee needs a crash course in human interaction?? Or perhaps another job as he is clearly not happy in his work.
This does appear to be an ongoing issue with this shop!!

The staff were rude and unprofessional, and the service was extremely poor. There’s a clear need for better customer service training and a more respectful approach to customers.
