A parcel posted from Solihull to Exeter had gone astray. I wrote to the Guildhall Post Office where Sam and his team successfully tracked it down. No mean feat! Sam was very pleasant and helpful. A big thank you goes as well to David B in the Exeter delivery office, who also worked hard to locate the item. Like Sam, David has excellent interpersonal skills. All in all, wonderful service from the Post Office.

Sadly there is always a huge queue and you’re Lucky if there are 2 counters open. I feel bad for the staff, please put another worker on ,they must know when it gets busy, but couldn’t seem to care less. Those self checkout machines are never being or manned. Pictures included there was one staff working operating one booth

Self service is always out of service. Always long queues for the counters. Theres at least six counters, but generally only two or just the one staffed.
Some people clearly jump the queue, either because their being crafty or because they dont understand the queuing system.
Either way the staff still serve them first anyway.
The blonde in blue outfit seems to be away in the clouds somewhere and their customer service skills are dreadful.
If you want to waste an hour standing around then this is the place. Shocking service and post office for a city centre.
