The older guy is letting the side down badly I feel as his (nephew?) always has a welcoming smile and does his best to be super helpful, whereas granted the older man (for whatever reason) is quite abrupt and rude. As humans we’re all guilty of being a little resistant to change but give them a chance, the last guy I found quite rude on occasion and also quite unhelpful, which the younger guy here certainly isn’t either of those things!! 🙏

When using the postal service, I was unsure of a returns process, but the staff guided me in the right direction, showed patience and upheld tremendous customer services. As per previous cynical comments on this forum, this is totally far from the truth and I would recommend this post office to anyone, who wants to experience a high standard service.

The employee raised his voice at a customer in a way that was unprofessional, disrespectful, and entirely unnecessary. Regardless of the situation, there is no excuse for speaking to a customer like that. I also saw him shouting at teenagers, which was equally inappropriate. There is no reason for any staff member to address anyone,especially young people in that manner. I will be reporting it to the head office.
