I have always found the staff to be polite and very helpful. Even so more now that they are able to handle Evri parcels which also allows me the freedom of collecting them and know they are securely delivered and I can collect locally. They even approach the queue and try and help at the front desk so that there isnt a long wait. I love the books, kids bits and secondhand jigsaws they sell in store also.

Had nothing but grief from the two ladies who run this Post Office: - They have shouted at children for touching items innocently - Random charges for certain services and unhelpful explanations as to why The worst things are the sullen looks, general grumpy atmosphere and no awareness of customer service. I have no idea if they've been caught up in the Post Office scandal, but their attitude stinks. I refuse to use this place now and advise going to the Victoria Park Post Office down the road near Lidl instead, which has better opening hours.

The most friendly and efficient Post Office staff I have ever come across. Highly recommended to retail and business customers.
