One if the women that works the desk by the door is a miserable piece of work. I have been in twice now to post a parcel. She hasn't even said hello let alone how can I help you. I was struggling to get the barcode up on my phone the first time, whilst waiting for her to serve me and she totally ignored me as if I wasn't there. If you don't approach her and speak forst, you won't get served. It's such a shame as all the other businesses in St Marychurch are so friendly.

I've always found this place to be friendly and efficient, I use it a lot to send chocolate out to my customers as it is nearby. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes even when busy.

Had nothing but grief from the two ladies who run this Post Office:
- They have shouted at children for touching items innocently
- Random charges for certain services and unhelpful explanations as to why
The worst things are the sullen looks, general grumpy atmosphere and no awareness of customer service.
I have no idea if they've been caught up in the Post Office scandal, but their attitude stinks.
I refuse to use this place now and advise going to the Victoria Park Post Office down the road near Lidl instead, which has better opening hours.

The worst post office I've used - by a Country mile.
THE most miserable and unhelpful woman I've ever encountered.
Yes you with the Glasses. Looks like everything is an effort for you,
0% People skills, rude, and a terrible attitude.
Challenges everything and pedantic in the extreme.
Even told me to go elsewhere and handed the parcel back, when I mentioned her bad attitude.
The other woman who works there isn't much better, but can you blame her working with this Woman. God help her.
