Passive rude & passive arrogant, that's how I am describing the staff in this union street P.O.
I was left completely confused about something that was not even my fault.
I work in the town & I would never treat a customer this way, the way they treated me. No communication skills what so ever. Very bad customer service

Went in yesterday at 10am to withdraw some money, was very abruptly told "no" haven't got any. I work in a store that has a Post Office and I'm very well aware that Wednesday is an end of week day. However you have access to a safe with cash in it. I will not recommend this post office to anyone.
