- TMTad Martin6 days ago1.0The lady is incredibly rude and grumpy. They also refused my parcel that I had directed because they decided it was too large to accept and had it returned to the sender. I'm not sure on what authority that decision was made as the parcels weight and dimensions were recorded on postage. I went in today for answers but the queue was nearly out of the door so I'm complaining on here instead, the grumpy lady was in there though 😂

Staff are unhelpful and weirdly confrontational. Post office staff have been rude on a few occasions and seem frustrated when they have to do their job. Who knew sending/collecting a parcel could be so difficult.
