- GHGill HollowayAug 9, 20265.0Yes there can be a queue at this post office but I think the staff ensure they give their time and attention to the job they're required to do. Understandably standing in a queue is frustrating but it would surely be more frustrating if it went wrong coz things were rushed. I think the post office work extremely hard in pressured conditions (not all customers are friendly or patient) and they remain professional and carry on regardless. Great job done by them all.
- JAJ addisonJun 29, 20261.0I asked the lady at the counter to verify my ID she did which cost me £13.50. Although she didn't read or help fill out any of the accompanying requirements. So I wasnt able to use them. The building society on the phone said they have hundreds of people doing authentication of ID at post offices and normally it's not a problem. I guess just at tavistock. I WILL AVOID FROM NOW ON.

- AAAvahOct 31, 20241.0Absolutely diabolical experience. I am a seller and was notified that parcel had arrived for buyer to pick up here. When she got there they told her no package was in her name when I received both email confirmation and tracking confirmation it had arrived. The buyer notified me of the issue so i called the store to find out what was going on as this has never happened before. I was referred to some rude woman who didn’t even let me speak and completely cut me off saying i had to contact royal mail when i didn’t even ship with royal mail? Again, tried to explain the situation but she hung up while i was speaking. Conveniently the tracking updated again saying parcel is ready to collect shortly after this phone call. Very dodgy place and RUDE MEMBER OF STAFF!!! If you do not want to be contacted then remove your number from online. POOR SERVICE
