A customer had to tell her there's a queue , Asked for recorded delivery and thought the price was quite high . But because there was a queue , didn't want to complain . Just though the prices may had gone up , as I don't post very often . Only to find out when I got home , she had charged me Special Delivery on them all instead of Recorded Delivery . Will not go there again . She was too busy talking instead of listening to customers. Please check you are getting what you asked for .

If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
