On my first visit at 1pm I was told the post office was shut until the next day as only 1 member of staff was on and she 'wasn't trained'. However on a subsequent visit the lady serving was kind and helpful. Even recommending a pot of chocolate sweets I'd picked up to try.

Made special trip there and post office closed. Will be more inclined to use main post office next to work in future.
