Really disappointed by the service. During Lock-down (at the end of it), I had 5 letters to post and needed prove of postage I was refused. As excuse they said if customers come in, they will have to wait! Unbelievable as it doesnt take that long and I was also a customer, and I already had stamps on the letter to make the procedure faster. Previously, they also refused to take my letters saying they didn't have enough stamps (I saw stamps she was taking from the book, and had plenty left). I never go there again, I use Ridgeway post office in Coop. Much nicer staff and more capable.
