The waiting is always around 20 minutes which is so ridiculous for a post office. And it already happened 2 times for me to wait for over 20 minutes and when I reach the till to be told they don’t take evri because of the overload of packages. I think it should be common sense to put a sign at the entry instead of letting people wait 20 minutes for nothing. Hire more people and put a sign at the door when you’re not able to provide a service
- AAAndrei AndreiSep 15, 20261.0I have sent a parcel from Okehampton to this parcel shop. The parcel was quite big in size, but still permitted by the Royal mail/parcel force. It took me 12 days to collect it by myself, travelling an hour from Plymouth to get, because the parcel shop refused it. Even the delivery has written on my parcel "Parcel shop won't accept". Don't send any big parcel, unless you want ending up collecting it by yourself from the deport.

Definately needs more staff as long wait times to simply send a parcel. *UPDATE* Now from Mid September 26 they don't accept EVRI parcels. No prior notice and no simple sign in the store. So wait 15 minutes in line to be told not accepted. Been told it will be for "at least a few weeks" *Update 30 Sept 26: Accepting EVRI again (wanted to let those know who visit this branch as ZERO info from Post Office itself.
