WHAT A REFRESHING EXPERIENCE.
The customer service received with efficient, friendly engagement was first class.
Purpose: Passport renewal.
The lady who provided this service created not only a pleasant experience but people like this lady create a far better environment for us all. Whilst waiting, I noticed a similar positive engagement from other staff towards customers.

Sometimes fairly long queues, but the main problem is parking. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

I had a very disappointing experience at your branch. There were initially three tills open, which were then reduced to just one, yet the queue itself was not even long , staff simply were not serving customers efficiently, which resulted in unnecessary delays. I ended up waiting for over 30 minutes.
I urgently needed to send an item via next-day delivery, but by the time I was finally served, I was told this was no longer possible because the driver had already arrived. Had customers been served properly, this could have easily been avoided.
What made the situation worse was the behaviour of the staff member at the counter. When I asked for my letter back so I could give it directly to the driver (who was still present and willing to take it), the staff member refused to return it. Even the driver seemed surprised by this.
Overall, the level of service was extremely poor, and the staff member’s attitude was unacceptable. I hope this is addressed to prevent other customers from having a similar experience.
