The lady does not understand how to use the touch screen and refuses to listen and simply gets angry. All she has to to is touch one button to choose how to send the parcel correctly. When problems arise i would expect way better customer service from someone working in a customer facing role, she made me feel like i had to argue with her, she simply would not listen. Very sad as this is a nice little neighbourhood shop close to the park.
