Post office website says post office services available until 10pm. Went there at 2pm, post office shut & staff weren’t prepared to reopen. A waste of my day

What is the point of a post office if you keep shutting it!!! This is the 3rd time it's shut, been told sorry out for fag break, sorry got to pick up my kids! It's a really bad service opening times are there for a reason. I will find another in the future as I can't keep making a wasted effort x
