Posted an item here by Guaranteed by 1pm, and the lady at the till confirmed that it was in time for the Royal Mail collection that day, and it would be delivered the next day.
Of course, Royal Mail don't deliver the parcel the following day. And apparently it's our fault as their collection time is 4:30pm, despite it clearly saying on a poster in the Chaddlewood Post Office that their last collection time is 5pm, and the lady at the till also confirmed this.
My recommendation is to never use Royal Mail as they never deliver on what they promise. AVOID.
