Visited Newton Abbot Post Office this morning to use their ID checking service and was turned away. The staff member explained she was working alone, couldn’t spare the few minutes needed to complete the check, and that the machine was broken anyway. I now have to travel to another town just to get something done that should have been straightforward. Very inconvenient and a poor reflection on the reliability of the service offered here.

Complete Mickey Mouse set up. Closes early. If someone goes sick it does not open at all. Can't always post a parcel because they do not have room. A complete waste of time for a town the size of Newton Abbot

Abysmal service, I wanted reliability over everything and it failed completely in that regard as the package was delivered to the wrong location and this wasn’t communicated. Avoid this post office at all costs.
