Use this facility occasionally but the experience always shaped by whose behind the counter. True, it is a veritable Aladins cave of cards and gifts, but it is also the pinnacle of 'passive aggression' when it comes to customer interaction. This has usually come from the male staff and can be varied. (i.e. verbal side swipes, exaggerated watch checking if near an undisclosed 'deadline') Really! Lifes too short! I've previously declined to be provoked into a response...until now
