Wow - what great service! The post office now do all the parcel companies for returns ie Everi, DPD etc. And the attitude and attention of the lady was fantastic. It’s a one stop shop and I am coming back. :)

Long queues and understaffed. Post Office, look after your employees! They try their best but are totally overwhelmed when demand outweighs staffing levels. Also, a campaign to help people who could get what they need online would really help your queues. The good nature of your customers is the only thing that stops a riot.

Staff unhelpful. Given the incorrect information. Will be amazed if the items in question reach their destination!
Update - the said items DID NOT reach their destination. Have had to open a claim online with Royal Mail as it is impossible to contact the Sorting Office. My advice therefore is to go somewhere else!
