I have had to get a few parcels delivered here over the last few months and every time there is a problem. They seem to never be open or have difficulties getting your package and the staff here have been quite rude to me. The opening times do not match what it says online as once I arrived at 10:30am and they said they were not going to open until 12. On other occasions I have rushed here hoping to make it on time and have arrived at 4pm for them to say they have closed for the day. I usually have to try to collect my parcel at least 5 times before I am finally able to!!

As I was paying, the man serving me seemed more interested in serving a customer in the Premier part of the shop and walked away almost immediately after my payment had gone through. I wasn’t given a receipt or proof of postage, and I left feeling unsure whether my card had actually been processed properly. The card still hasn’t arrived, despite post to this address usually arriving within around five days. Of course delays can happen in the postal system, but given the way I was served and the fact I wasn’t given a receipt, I’m now left with no proof of postage and no way of knowing whether the card was actually sent. Really disappointing service.
