Honestly the man working in the post office is clearly lazy and doesn’t want to be helpful at all. My partner tried to pick up my parcel for our daughter that I ordered for her birthday, but was sent away as apparently my ID was needed, this was a lie as with Evri parcels you only need the barcode. I tried to call numerous times, but no answer. The man tried to sent it back the next morning, but a massive thank you to the lady in the post office that sorted it out for us, I appreciate you finding it before it got sent back and allowing my partner to collect it. Honestly I was going to leave a one star on review because of the man’s behaviour but the woman was lovely.
