My partner tried to pick up my parcel for our daughter that I ordered for her birthday, but was sent away as apparently my ID was needed, this was a lie as with Evri parcels you only need the barcode. I tried to call numerous times, but no answer. The man tried to sent it back the next morning, but a massive thank you to the lady in the post office that sorted it out for us, I appreciate you finding it before it got sent back and allowing my partner to collect it. Honestly I was going to leave a one star on review because of the man’s behaviour but the woman was lovely.
