However, today when i tried to return a parcel to amazon with a qr code, the man (owner) asked me what was in the box, then he started shouting at me that it had to go in a bag and as it wouldnt fit in his bag he couldnt take it, when i tried to talk he talked over me and was very rude and abbusive. Before i knew what was happening he shouted bye, thanks for coming! I wont ever be shopping there again.
