First time using an International courier service. Located in Rymans store in the centre of city, it was an easy process. I filled in details online at home, and visited Rymans with my bar code to complete the transaction. Will definitely use again should I need this service in the future.

DO NOT BOOK THROUGH DHL. Highly incompetent services. WORST CUSTOMER CARE EVER.
I booked two shipments for a next day door to door delivery because of an urgent delivery.
1st shipment - the driver refused to pickup all my boxes together because he did not have space in his van even though it was told in prior that I had 9 boxes along with their dimensions. Since the pickup was scheduled on a Friday, the leftover boxes were then picked up on Monday. At the delivery address, the driver never attempted to call me in spite of leaving specific instructions and never delivered the parcels. I then received these parcels on a Wednesday originally what were supposed to reach me on Monday.
2nd shipment - The parcels were picked up on a Tuesday and supposed to be delivered to me on Wednesday. Again, the parcel says it’s at the delivery depot but no “out for delivery” messages in 3 days. Every morning they email me saying your parcel will be delivered today and still no sign of the parcel.Since tofay is a Friday and parcel is not delivered, I will have to wait till Monday September 2nd with no hopes of it being delivered. What a shame to say “next day door to door”. I have tried calling and emailing customer but that was hopeless and now I don’t know how to contact them about my parcel or even find out what’s wrong.
I REPEAT. DO NOT EVER BOOK YOUR DELIVERIES THROUGH DHL.
