I didn’t think a delivery company could get worse than yodel, but I don’t know what the hell has happened to DHL but they are literally the worst! Turn up 3 hours before your delivery slot and of course we are not in cause that text to say that teh delivery will be between 18:00 and 19:00 so you think great i can still go out and about as normal and get back by 5pm but oh no, they turned up at 3pm no message no phone call nothing! Didn’t obviously can’t deliver. Take it back to the depot and check it on the app. It says it’ll be delivered the next day. The next day comes you check the app and it says that would be the next day again by now you waited a week, then just when do you think it’s gonna tell them the next day? They suddenly just turn up the door with it and luckily someone was around!

Fortunately most of the companies and suppliers that I interact with don't use DHL.
Unfortunately, I have now experienced the true DHL experience. Yesterday I received notification that there was a failed delivery, no notification that they had a parcel for me and would be attempting a delivery prior to that point.
After much work and energy spent trying to contact them to rearrange delivery, a slot for today was agreed today between 2.10 and 4.10. I received numerous notifications across multiple platforms to let me know that they would be delivering my package during that time slot.
So you can imagine my surprise when I received a missed delivery notification 2 hours before the agreed slot, when contacted no ownership, no help and charged for the privilege.
I never use them to deliver my packages as there are so many reports of parcels stolen or going missing, I will never use a business who use them moving forward, and would encourage others to do the same, this is the only way to beat change.
