Each time I go in they say they dont have a returns box as well as various excuses like 'the manager was supposed to be in today but hasn't turned up'. No member of staff knows when they will get one and todays member of staff didn't know if they had a returns box and wasn't willing to ask anyone if they had. Obviously when you get to that point you know there is just no point in trying again. Complete lack of interest and zero leadership. Contacted Amazon about my experience and suggested they drop them off there returns list.
