My return parcel’s label had disintegrated and the counter assistant, Petra (I think), suggested I went to Library and got a new label and left my large parcel with her. I did this and she sorted it out for me as well as repiring my other rain damaged parcel. She went over and above. Can’t thank her enough.

Both told me to call DVLA who had already told me to go to a PO to enable me to tax my car immediately. Same staff member previously told me I was required to present my ID to collect a parcel when I had a QR code, meaning a wasted trip. My young daughter had the same experience collecting a parcel and left feeling humiliated and enpty-handed. No other PO I use requires ID to collect a parcel with a QP code. Never once had a good experience in this location. Staff totally incompetent and do not provide an acceptable level of customer service. Go to Forches.
