Truly awful service. The man serving me tried to overcharge for an international letter, so I said I would go elsewhere. I had clearly caught him out on his lie and he then proceeded to uncomfortably make up an excuse as to why he made an error and I paid the correct amount. The letter never arrived. I will continue to use a different post office as this one is a waste of time and money.

Avoid! Rude man who is belittles you when enquiring for information. Unhelpful and became aggressive and abusive. He clearly doesn't want to be working offering the services advertised by royal mail!
