- ASAngela SmedleyMar 8, 20253.0What is the point of a local post office that closes on Saturday. The website and shop says its open then but it's not. Nearest other one is in Ilkeston, a half an hour walk if you don't drive. With more people online shopping, sending and receiving parcels. Also for the post office to be used as a bank. This not a good enough service.
