Totally Incompetent Staff. Staff training needed. Did not understand our calm spoken request, unable to weigh item with scales provided. Left vowing to not return. We will use the Main Dronfield Post Office from today onwards.

The place is run by a different demographic type.
My wife placed an order from Very and had be delivered at a post office. To collect the item, she needed ID and signature for obtaining this item.
The person behind the till asked what it was first before finding it. It's personal and they should never have asked what it was!
When she mentioned it was a phone their demeanour changed. she presented her ID and the service personnel said this was not her and argued with her.
She was wearing glasses at the time and took them off. It's hard to fake a driver's license with the correct name and our address in Dronfield which was linked to the parcel. Their attitude stinks at this place!
The only reason for a one star is because it's open till 8.30pm.

This post office is rubbish and needs to be managed better. Just been in today and sign up saying she has gone for a break! So had to come away. The other day I went and again closed as she said they had run out of receipts! They seem to be closed onany occasions due to various excuses. They need more staff to cover otherwise it's just a waste of time being there, it's not convenient at all
