Appalling experience. Unfortunately one member of staff has a lack of basic manners and training in customer service it appears. During the week I needed to purchase something and upon arrival the younger female staff (50s?) member with blondish hair was deep in gossip with her older colleague. No acknowledgement, nothing. She engaged in conversation with her colleague for perhaps a further 5 minutes whilst I stood there waiting patiently despite being in a rush to get somewhere.
Anyway, 5 minutes had passed and fortunately another customer walked through the door and this lady's colleague served this other customer. Only then did this lady decide to serve me. There was still no friendly acknowledgement or a simple 'hello how I can help'. If it wasn't for this customer coming In then I'm sure she would have continued to gossip with her colleague. I've not seem such rudeness and lack of professionalism in a while. It makes me wonder how such people get jobs dealing with other humans. I will be travelling to chaddesden next time.

Rude obnoxious woman who works here annoyed and irritated to actually do her job, might be worth looking for a job that isn’t customer facing 👍
