The man who served me was rude, arrogant and unhelpful. When I said in future I would go elsewhere due to this he refused to finish serving me unless I apologised. I will be submitting a formal complaint as I see other reviews echoing my unpleasant and upsetting experience. Would have given no stars but don't appear to be able to post unless I do. Avoid and rake your business elsewhere

I was one of those people saying "oh come on, these negative reviews are ridiculous". I've been in twice and the lady I dealt with each time has been lovely. Today I dealt with the dreaded....... guy. I mean he did what I needed him to do so he should get 5 stars for that, scanning something and giving me a receipt. The attitude however - the guy comes across as if everybody in the world but him is stupid, and he's happy to make you feel that way. From his snarky comments to his obnoxious condescending facial expressions, the guy just seems like an all around misery guts. You can probably tolerate it if you just want to buy a chocolate bar or a newspaper. I wouldn't try bringing him anything more complicated as it wouldn't be worth your frustration. Try Littleover - always pleasant. The hours aren't as convenient but you don't have to deal with this guy.

I have just been to collect a parcel. The man that served me was extremely patronising and rude. Making me feel stupid and pressured. No need for it. Work on customer service skills.
