Won’t accept small bag of franked mail (about 20 letters) even though the Post Office is listed as a place where you can post franked mail.
Was told to wait outside for the postman to collect the mail (LOL...would be nice to have that much free time to be able to do that!).
Bad attitude and tried to sell me the Post Office drop and go service instead.
