The woman got hung up on that it was larger than an envelope even though I was happy to pay for it as a normal parcel. I said atleast 5 times I needed it first class tracked as it was a very important parceo and she just kept saying it would be next day delivery ignoring my requests. Finally printed a delivery slip but ita not what I requested but as she wasn't understanding me or being helpful at that point I left it. As I figured the parcel never got delivered now and I have no way of tracking it. The inconvenience shes caused is unbelievable and I dont understand how she can sit in a post office not understanding basic services as adding tracking to a parcel.
