- DVDeniza Valacheva5 days ago1.0My most recent experience with this post office is from today. Earlier on I went to collect my parcels and the lady who works there refused to give me my parcels with my id, she refused to give any parcels also has send them back without any permission or reason. Her attitude and behaviour was abusive, rude and her response to any questions or anything was 'ain't got time for that' this is not appropriate behaviour. Also there was another women who was trying to get involved without anything to do with the situation. I'm not sure if this other lady was a client or another employee or friend she didnt present herself. This is and will be the last time going there so will be my family. This woman shouldn't work around people if doesn't know how to treat people and customers properly.

I politely asked for tape because the envelope sold to us would not seal properly for important passport documents, but instead of helping she became argumentative and cancelled the transaction. Very disappointing behaviour from someone working in a public-facing Post Office. Not sure how they are allowed to work as part of the Post office. Very unprofessional, she shouldn't be allowed to work with Public facing Post office.
