I have always used this Post Office. I recently enquired about how long it would take for Euros to arrive at the Branch for collection if I ordered them online, I was told they had Euros in stock and I could buy them there and then so I did, I was not told the exchange rate. When I got home I checked the exchange rate and was shocked to see it was only 1.04 Euros to the pound, I checked on line and the PO Website said the exchange rate for that day was 1.14 Euro. I returned to the PO the next day to query this and was told that the on line rate and the in branch rate was different. Please be aware. I am very disappointed that this was not explained to me at the time and the man in the PO was not at all apologetic about it, just told me I should have checked the exchange rate before buying them! Maybe I should have but I also think that the difference in the online and branch rate should have been pointed out to me at the time. I won't be using Devonshire Drive Post Office again.

Hi, I ordered a parcel around a week ago and it hasn’t arrived, I’ve been trying to get in touch with the company I ordered from to change the address from the post office address to mine as I mistakenly put the post office address due to me being used to it. The parcel should say the initial ‘h’
