THE LADY WHO DEALT WITH ME WAS CLEAR , LUCID AND PROFESSIONAL, DEFINITELY ON TOP OF HER GAME AND A CREDIT TO THE ORGANISATION. WHEN i ASKED HER NAME i WAS TOLD IT WAS jODIE AND SHE WAS THE MANAGER. WELL, i SUPPOSE SHE SHOULD BE ON TOP OF THE JOB BUT HER CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP SKILLS WERE EXCELLENT AS WELL. THANKS AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
- ONokafor nnekaMar 20, 20261.0Went to post some articles from vinted thinking it was royal mail but unfortunately had evri and vinted digital labels. The lady at the counter on Thursday the 19th between 11 and 1300hours was quite rude and obnoxious. Yelled at me on how she didn't recognise the labels repeatedly as though she wanted to embarrass me. Afterwards felt it was appropriate to laugh at me with the customers behind me I think she could learn a thing or two about professionalism and customer service
