I only called in for a stamp and a bar of chocolate and when I got to the counter I couldn't find my money, the young lady (Emily or Emma ) behind the counter was very patient and reassuring even though she was busy, she gave me the time to look through my pockets and never once made me feel awkward or the nuisance I obviously was , I found my wallet and she made sure I'd put it away safely before I left. Thank you very much young lady
