I went into Denbigh post office yesterday to post 3 documents , when I got into the post office there was a massive cue. I waited atleast 25 minutes before I even got seen. (Not complaining) I could see that there was only one member off staff in which understandable would be hard work. When I got to the front of the cue all I was met with was bad attitude, and that she was very rude. I asked for advice of which envelope would be the safest and best to send birth certificates to the passport office which she then went on to tell me to hurry up as she had a cue. This really knocked me back as I have severe anxiety and don’t do things on my own . I apologised to her and then asked to borrow a pen to right the address on the envelope. At this point now I could feel my self go into panic as she was ever so rude to me. I was trying to be quick as I knew there was a cue behind me. She then continued to tell me I needed to hurry up and there was a cue. I explained to her that I was trying to be quick and I also had to wait my turn to be seen and they also had to wait there’s. I did not take no longer then a few minutes to do this. I then quickly placed the envelope on the desk and she then told me that I shouldn’t have thrown it at her. Which is totally ridiculous as I definitely didn’t. I definitely would not recommend going here unless you want to be greeted with bad attitude and rudeness. I left the shop in tears. I never have had anyone make me feel so worthless with the way she spoke to me infront of a full post office . Shortly after my mother in law went in to sort some money out and the staff member is quite friendly with her. The staff members name was called Andrea? She then went on to tell my mother in law that she wasn’t in the mood and wanted to punch someone. How unprofessional? The last time I went into Denbigh post office I had such a good experience there but I will definitely avoid at all costs .

Very slow here, shouldn't have to queue 20 minutes to send a simple envelope. Understaffed and the staff are always stressed and unhappy
