They could really do with an up-skill on customer service. They are as unhelpful as they can possibly be. I avoid the place at all costs but on the odd unfortunate occasion I have to deal with them they always have the same poor attitude. They need to grow up.

The lady behind the glass saw us struggling and shouted 'we're closed!' in a very rude manner. There was no one else around and it certainly wouldn't have hurt to use some better customer service care. Places like the post office are built on customer relations, and this attitude doesn't help.
