The other day I went and again closed as she said they had run out of receipts! They seem to be closed onany occasions due to various excuses. They need more staff to cover otherwise it's just a waste of time being there, it's not convenient at all

It was approx 4:35 and I needed to send a birthday gift, it was a long queue and i did arrive before 4:30. I was refused the processing on a next day service as it was after 4:30, as the collection cut off is 4:30 and the postie doesnt like to wait. Well in the time it took me to argue, process my other post items and then to get back in my car to grumble all the way home. The postie still hadnt arrived. Rude Postmaster in situ, i wont ever return. Try the flexible service the other side of town on Chesterfield Road!
