    Absolutely disgusting service from a female staff. Was so rude about a return has no idea how to talk to people. Made me pick out the rubbish from the bin as the bin is not for that. A bin is a bin and for rubbish the last time I checked. Will not be returning here. Seemed very racial to me. Disgusting staff here always so rude and stuck up. Need more training on how to talk to people.

    Ridiculous people and service here don’t come here the staff have no manners, they look as if they will help you but they don’t. Why get me to pay and then delay it so it gets rejected itself

    "Avoid this location. The staff is unprofessional, asks inappropriate personal questions, and treats customers with a clear lack of equality. I felt discriminated against during my visit and will not be returning. They don't even deserve the one star I’m forced to give them."

    Don’t come here if you need to get your documents scanned for in branch verification or any other needs. They will make something up and you will still end up paying for it. I’ve came here in April to get my in branch verification done and I supplied the same ID which I supplied today and the only document was wrong from my side was the utility bill which wasn’t within 3 months so it was rejected and I paid £10.56 for it at the branch. Today I came with the up to date bill and I supplied my same passport and same driving licence and the staff rejected to go ahead with it because apparently I don’t look the same as I looked on the passport picture. This was just accepted in last month and now they say no to it. They charged me last time which if this was the issue they shouldn’t have got me to pay for it and told me then. The staff here are rude and will make excuses to not go ahead with verification you’ll end up paying for it and if something not right next time you go back they will say this time your passport and your face doesn’t match so they can’t go ahead with it. It’s ridiculous and avoid at all cost. I’ve took it to a different branch and had no issue they’ve done my verification and I had no issue at all. They’ve also made me feel welcome with smile on their face unlike here as if we’ve made them come to work by force.
