The horrific man who has been working there for some time now was openly belittling and shouting at a member of staff in front of everybody, which made me feel highly uncomfortable. This is not the first time I’ve had a negative experience at this branch. Even simply asking a question feels like you’re risking a passive-aggressive response, so I don’t bother. A complaint has been raised with the post office and I’m hoping this is actioned, as he has displayed this behaviour for years on end without consequence. Anyways, I won’t be returning here again, if that wasn’t already obvious.
