Very poor customer service. The lady working at the counter was rude, dismissive, and seemed unwilling to help. I felt uncomfortable during the interaction and was surprised by the lack of professionalism. Customers deserve to be treated with respect. I would not expect this level of service from a Post Office. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the customer experience.

Very disappointing service. Google Maps always shows this post office is open until 5 PM, but whenever I come here after 2 or 3 PM, it’s always closed. This has happened at least 5–7 times now, and I always visit on weekdays, not weekends.
The only time I’ve actually found it open is between around 10 AM and 12 PM. The opening hours on Google are clearly inaccurate and need to be updated properly. Customers are wasting their journeys and time because of this. Please either follow the stated opening times or update them correctly online.
