- SSShineAug 17, 20265.0Such an amazing experience we had today! ❤️ On 17 August 2026 at around 12.30pm, the counter staff kindly helped us complete and submit our DVLA form to exchange our foreign driving licence. She spent time with us very patiently, explained everything clearly, and guided us throughout the process. She was extremely attentive and professional. I had missed writing some dates on the form, and she immediately noticed it. When I corrected it, I accidentally wrote 2006 instead of 2026, and she spotted that mistake too and asked me to correct it. Her attention to detail and patience were truly impressive. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to ask for her name, but we would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank her for her excellent support, patience and kindness. Thank you so much — your help was truly appreciated! ❤️

I explained my situation to the owner and he was able to take me through the process step by step without rushing me. Great sense of humour,friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn't believe it! I've never know such awful attitude. Avoid at all costs.
